Thomas has worked across a range of settings — from frontline residential care to senior leadership — giving him a unique, grounded perspective on the challenges faced by homes, managers, and the young people they support.
He founded Co Create Care and Consultancy to bring that experience directly to providers, offering practical, compassionate support that makes a real difference.
